Welcome to the Victoria College Online Advising Resource Center! The goal of the Advising Resource Center is to provide all students with academic advising and advisors with an advising guide. This resource will help with the selection of appropriate courses and programs of study to assist students reach their career and educational goals. - Transfer Center : The Transfer Center houses information to assist students who want to transfer to another institution of higher education to complete their educational goals.
- 2+2 Articulation Agreements : Links to transfer agreements with the University of Houston-Victoria, Texas State University, and the University of Texas San Antonio. These links provide the specific course requirements of the various bachelor’s degrees offered at each institution.
- Course Equivalency Guides : Links to the most popular transfer institutions equivalency guides. These guides help students know how a course will transfer to a particular 4 year institution.
- Texas Common Course Numbering System : A co-operative effort among community colleges and universities to facilitate transfer of freshman- and sophomore-level general academic coursework.
- Health Professional Programs Available at Other Institutions : Provides a comprehensive resource for most health professions. This link includes salary information, educational programs, professional organizations, and other health occupation specific information.
- Texas Common Application : Apply for admission to any Texas public university, as well as to participating community and private colleges, submit your application essays on-line, apply for scholarships from participating universities as well as search for and view both general and university-specific information.

- VC Degree and Certificate Plans : A link to suggested transfer degree plans for each VC Associate of Applied Science degree and certificate program.
- Suggested Transfer Plans : A link to suggested transfer plans for specific majors.
- Level 1 Certificate Programs : A link to specific plans for VC certificate programs that do not require state-mandated assessment.
- VC Courses with No Pre-requisites : A list of VC courses that do not require any assessment prerequisites.
- VC Core Curriculum : A listing of the 45-hour core curriculum required of all students who complete either the VC Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degrees and is universally transferable to a 4-year state-supported institution.

- Student Catalog : A valuable resource for students which includes important phone numbers, general information, academic regulations, general regulations, tuition and fees, financial aid, student services, programs of study, and course descriptions.
- Student Code of Conduct : The rules, procedures, rights and responsibilities, and policies designed to protect the rights of the students as well as the college. Includes the circumstances and manner in which disciplinary power will be exercised and enforced.
- Academic Schedule : Assessment dates, Final exam schedules, Financial Aid deadlines, web registration dates and times, advisor assisted registration dates and times, registration payment deadlines, when classes begin, and tuition and fees.
- Registration Schedule : Dates for web registration, and late registration, and the last day to register without penalty for each semester. Also includes the deadlines for particular fee refunds.
- Payment Schedule : Includes important information on payment deadlines and consequences for late payments, information for payments on continuing education, online payment options, mail payment options, payment methods, as well as financial aid and installment plans.
